Laundry Services
Laundry services are provided free of charge. All villas contain washing machines and drying racks. In addition, ironing boards are available in all villas. Students must bring their own irons.
Transportation Services
Shuttle Use
Information regarding shuttle schedules and routes is provided below. The Student Housing Management Office reserves the right to adjust the shuttle schedule, frequency, and routes or cancel services if needed.
- Ring shuttle services between Student Housing and the University Campus operate on weekdays between 08:30–17:15.
- Schedule details are posted on the bulletin boards within Student Housing and on the Student Housing webpage.
- Shuttle service is available exclusively for residents.
- Students must present their housing identification sticker on their student ID card upon the driver’s request.
Emergency Transportation
In cases of illness or emergencies (fainting, falls, fractures, earthquakes, fires), the Student Housing Management and health personnel operate in coordination. A vehicle is provided when needed.
- During weekdays and working hours, students are transported to the University Health Centre via the student shuttle.
- For illnesses occurring on weekdays and weekends between 19:00–24:00, students are transferred to the hospital using the Student Housing shuttle.
- For illnesses occurring between 24:00–08:00, students are transferred with the university vehicle upon advice from the nursing staff.
- In life-threatening emergencies, dial 112 to request an ambulance.
Common Areas
Bathrooms, dining halls, cafeterias, study areas, the pool, and the library are shared common-use areas.
Bathroom Use
Bathrooms in shared-use areas are cleaned daily by our cleaning staff.
Dining Hall Use
Meals are served in the dining hall at the times listed below:
- Breakfast (Paid): 07:00–10:00
- Lunch (Paid): 12:00–13:30
- Dinner (Free): 17:00–20:00
Residents may also benefit from fast-food and vending machine services offered between 07:30–21:00.
Health Services
Health services are provided at the University Health Centre, staffed by a doctor and a nurse.
In the event of a health issue:
- During weekdays and working hours, students are transported to the University Health Centre via the student shuttle.
- If a hospital referral is necessary, the Health Team evaluates the patient, performs required procedures, and informs the Student Housing Office before arranging a coordinated transfer.
- For illnesses occurring between 17:00–24:00 on weekdays and weekends, students are taken to the hospital by the Student Housing shuttle.
- For illnesses between 24:00–08:00, students are transferred with the university vehicle.
- In life-threatening emergencies, call 112 for an ambulance.
Storage Service
Summer Storage Requests
Current residents who will continue to stay in Student Housing for the following academic year may request storage space for their belongings. Storage is provided by the Student Housing Management Office.
