Room Selection/Financial Procedures

You can make payments for student housing via our online payment system using your credit card. The system can be accessed at https://arelim.arel.edu.tr/. All financial transactions are managed by the Directorate of Financial Affairs.

 

  • Room selection can be made by visiting Arel Student Housing located on the Kemal Gözükara Campus or through the website https://ogrencikoyu.arel.edu.tr/
  • Room reservations can be made by calling +90 549 870 19 09 and/or through the ARELim mobile application
  • The Student Housing deposit fee can only be paid by credit card through the https://arelim.arel.edu.tr/ system after selecting a room and entering your student ID number. To pay the full room fee, click the “Pay Dormitory Fee” button. In case of withdrawal from Student Housing, the deposit will be refunded to the designated bank account.
  • If you wish to reserve a room without paying the full fee, the prepayment (kapora) must be made through the https://arelim.arel.edu.tr/ system. The payment receipt must be sent via WhatsApp to +90 549 870 19 09.
  • Documents related to payments made to the Student Housing bank account, along with the Financial Affairs Approval Form, must be submitted to the Student Housing Office.
  • The Student Housing Accommodation Agreement must be read and signed.
  • The university reserves the right to make changes or adjustments when necessary.
  • Room fees and prepayment (kapora) may be paid via the IBAN numbers listed below or through the credit cards of participating banks.

 

Note: For fee information, please call 0549 870 19 09. Prepayments are non-refundable if the selected room is not purchased.
